The Golan Home

Hi,

Wow, first post, first house, these are exciting times. Gali and I are going to build our house. We are currently in the early drafts stages, considering what the basic layout should be like.

At this stage, we have a basic plan we like. The one issue that still bothers me is the den or the family room. I want it to be a little bigger (currently at under 9 sq meters) and it feels to me that it could host only a few people but not, say, two couples of friends over for coffee.

I hope to work this out this coming week. Next week we are going to have our first budget meeting.
