Not what we had in mind, but I feel we made a good choice in picking a project manager. After running out of options that met the friend-and-therefore-keeping-our-interests-first criteria, we were introduced to Yaron.

He is currently working on one of Shimon and Gali’s project that we are familiar with. It’s a house right next to ours. We even discussed with them and the owners of the house the possibility of cooperating to save on costs.

Itzik, the owner of this house, is happy with him. Another reference, a diamond dealer of all things, also gave a warm endorsement.

A quick negotiation and Yaron is on board too. I guess our basic team is all set up.
